Raisin & Sunflower Seed Biscuits

Ingredients
75g reduced fat margarine
85g golden caster sugar
1 egg
beaten
75g raisins
50g sunflower seeds
50g plain flour
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
½ tsp salt
40g porridge oats
Method
1. Cream together margarine and sugar until light and fluffy
then beat in the egg and vanilla essence. Stir in remaining ingredients until combined.
2. Spoon tablespoons of the mixture onto non-stick baking sheets
leaving enough space for the mixture to spread.
3. Bake the biscuits in the oven (350F /Gas 4) for 12-14 minutes until golden. Leave to cool for a few minutes and then transfer to a wire rack.
