Kate's Rice Crispie Cakes
Ingredients
4 tbsp Butter/Margarine
4 Cups (10oz/300g) Marshmallows
7 Cups Rice Crispies
Use butter to grease spatula (possibly 2) and pan.
Melt butter over a low heat.
Add marshmallows until melted.
Cook for 3 minutes
stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add rice and stir until coated.
Using buttered spatula press mixture into buttered pan (13x9^2"-ish).
Can Add

1 Cup of Cherries
1 Cup of Peanuts
1 Cup of Raisins
1 Cup of Unsalted Cashew Nuts
(Will last for about 2 weeks)
Vegan Alternative
1 Cup White Sugar
1 Cup White Syrup (Liquid Glucose)
Boil white sugar and syrup. Remove from stove. Add 7 (maybe 6) cups of rice crispies. Put in 9x13" pan.
Variations
----------
Add 1 cup of chunky peanut butter to boiled sugars and mix well before adding rice.
